Our main activities:

• Monitoring, collecting, processing information related to Taxes (TAX), accounting and finances (FIN) and Fields of law (LEX) and updating the TFL data base on daily basis.
• Tax-Fin-Lex is specialized in the field of legal information science, text processing, recognition of hierarchical structure of documents, their related texts, their smallest structural elements (articles, paragraphs, indents, units…) and their content.
  We are most experienced in the sector of processing legal texts and computer supported creation of all versions of clean copies (consolidated texts) and regulations in a time line (the whole life cycle of a specific regulation from its first publication with all the changes and its annulment) and also our computer supported integration with proper case-law, technical articles,..
• Issuing weekly newsletter TFL Glasnik, which main topics are current and interesting reports concerning the field of taxes, accounting and law
• Issuing daily newsletter LEX novice which provides information about daily changes of legislation, newly added consolidated texts, drafts of laws and acts and case law.
• Individual tax and accounting consultations
• Development and maintenance of data systems for processing, collecting and publishing documents

Tax-Fin-Lex (TFL) was established in November 2005 in Slovenia. A web portal contains documents from tax, financial-accounting and legal field. Three complete subsystems of data rounded in one system, with between connected documents, where in instant users can find up-to-date information about taxes, finances, accounting and data from the legal field.

Information system Tax-Fin-Lex is a central portal on the internet in Slovenia, where users can find up-to-date and in between self connected information from three fields:

• TAX – subsystem with specific tax information
• FIN – subsystem with specific financial-accounting information
• LEX – subsystem with specific legal information

Legal content management is about managing a broad yet highly cohesive knowledge system undergoing complex and potentially retroactive changes while enabling a digested, clear, and unambiguous presentation of information.
