Na podlagi tretjega odstavka 63. člena zakona o zunanjih zadevah (Uradni list RS, št. 1/91-I) izdaja Vlada Republike Slovenije
UREDBO
o ratifikaciji sporazuma med Republiko Slovenijo in Republiko Nikaragvo o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov

1. člen

Ratificira se sporazum med Republiko Slovenijo in Republiko Nikaragvo o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov, podpisan dne 14. aprila 1992 v Washingtonu.

2. člen

Sporazum se v izvirniku v angleškem jeziku in slovenskem prevodu glasi:

AGREEMENT
between the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Nicaragua regarding the establishment of diplomatic relations

The Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Nicaragua, guided by a desire to strengthen and develop relations between the two countries in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations.

Article 1

Slovenia and Nicaragua will establish diplomatic relations with each other on the day this Agreement enters into force and will exchange diplomatic representatives as soon as possible.

Article 2

The parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions of Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18 April 1961 shall apply to diplomatic relations between them.

Article 3

The Parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions of Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 24 April 1963 shall apply to consular relations between them.

Article 4

This Agreement enters into force upon signature. This Agreement is signed in duplicate in the English language.

Done at Washington, D. C. on April 14, 1992.
