The Permanent Mission of the State of Quatar to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Geneva presents its compliments to the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Slovenia and in reference to the letter No. 0008/92 dated 9 October 1992 concerning the wishes of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia to establish diplomatic relations with the Government of the State of Quatar, has the honour to inform that the Government of the State of Quatar has agreed to establish a diplomatic relations on ambassadorial level.
Herewith is attached the common communique that the Quatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs proposed in this regard, as well as the unofficial translation. This common communique will be broadcasted in the two countries on Tuesday. 15. 12. 1992 at 13.30 hours, local qatari time.
The Permanent Mission of the State of Quatar look forward to receive the respond of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia as quickly as possible in a time to be able to communicate it to the Government of the State of Quatar so that the proposed common communique.will be broadcasted in the above mentioned time.
