SUMMARY
In 2003 former Yugoslavia is ultimately buried. Even her serbo-montenegrian remainder shows up with a new name. On the other hand in this year we have come up with a draft of a Constitution for Europe. A constitution which certainly is a turningpoint in the evolution of European Union from former economic community to european federative community of Europeans and European national states. The same year Slovenia made a plebiscite determination to become a full member of the European Union. Hence in the first issue of REVUS – Review for European Constitutionality, appears a round table on the European integration: Experiences from the (Slovenian) Past and (European) Future Perspectives. REVUS invited over thirty experts, lawyers, sociologists, philosophers etc. to this summer debate. Answers were gathered and are published here. Those who have not had time yet, are still kindly welcomed to join theirs. Every participant had up to three pages to answer three questions. Inside this borders space used is relevant to the significance the author gives to each question. Answers follow the authors’ alphabetical order. Revus makes no comment on them.
