Uredba o ratifikaciji sporazuma o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov med Republiko Slovenijo in Kraljevino Švedsko

The Republic of Slovenia and the Kingdom of Sweden,

guided by a desire to strengthen and develop relations between the people of Slovenia and Sweden in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations and the principles of the Final Act of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe,

have agreed as follows:

Slovenia and Sweden will establish diplomatic relations with each other on the day this Agreement enters into force and will exchange diplomatic representatives as soon as possible.

The Parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18 April 1961 shall apply to diplomatic relations between them.

The Parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 24 April 1963 shall apply to consular relations between them.

This Agreement enters into force upon signature.
