Na podlagi tretjega odstavka 63. člena zakona o zunanjih zadevah (Uradni list RS, št. 1/91-I) izdaja Vlada Republike Slovenije

UREDBO
o ratifikaciji sporazuma o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov med Republiko Slovenijo in Republiko Paragvaj

1. člen

Ratificira se sporazum o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov med Republiko Slovenijo in Republiko Paragvaj, sklenjen z izmenjavo not z dne 14. in 25. februarja 1992.

2. člen

Sporazum se v izvirniku v angleškem jeziku in v slovenskem prevodu glasi:

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Paraguay and has the honour to express its gratitude for the recognition of the Republic of Slovenia.

The Ministry avails itself of this opportunity to propose as the next step the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two countries. We further suggest that your confirmation of receipt of this Note be considered the date of establishment of diplomatic relations.

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia avails itself of this opportunity to present to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Paraguay the assurances of its highest consideration.
