»By laying down standards and minimum rules in this field, Recommendation
(2000) 21 of the Council of Europe enshrines general principles
concerning freedom to exercise the profession of lawyer and that, although
it mentions lawyers’ duties, its main purpose is to reaffirm the fundamental
