Uredba o ratifikaciji sporazuma med Republiko Slovenijo in Republiko Grčijo o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov

The Republic of Slovenia and the Hellenic Republic, guided by a desire to strengthen and develop relations between the two countries in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the. United Nations the principles of the Final. Act of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe and of the Paris Charter have agreed as follows:

The Republic of Slovenia and the Hellenic Republic will establish diplomatic relations with each other on the day this Agreement enters into force and will exchange diplomatic representatives as soon as possible.

The Parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18 April 1961 shall apply to diplomatic relations between them.

The Parties to this Agreement agree that consular relations between them will be governed by the Vienna Convention of 24 April 1963 as well as by the provisions of the consular Agreement of 17 December 1974 between the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Hellenic Republic.

This Agreement enters into force upon signature. Done at Ljubljana on 21 July 1992 in two originals in the English language.
