The Competent Authorities under this Protocol shall carry out the following activities in accordance with their competence and the national legislation of the states of the Parties:

The Competent Authorities shall cooperate with civil society organisations providing services to
victims or potential victims of trafficking in human beings and children who are victims of
trafficking.
