Na podlagi tretjega odstavka 63. člena zakona o zunanjih zadevah (Uradni list RS, št. 1/91-1) izdaja Vlada Republike Slovenije
UREDBO
o ratifikaciji sporazuma med Republiko Slovenijo in Republiko Albanijo o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov

1. člen

Ratificira se sporazum med Republiko Slovenijo in Republiko Albanijo o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov, podpisan 10. marca 1992 v Ljubljani.

2. člen

Sporazum se v izvirniku v angleškem jeziku in v slovenskem prevodu glasi:

AGREEMENT
between the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Albania regarding the establishment of diplomatic relations

The Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Albania,

guided by a desire to strenghten and develop relations between the two countries in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations and the principles of the Final Act of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe,

have agreed as follows:

Article 1

Slovenia and Albania will establish diplomatic relations with each other on the day this Agreement enters into force and will exchange diplomatic representatives as soon as possible.

Article 2

The Parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions of Wienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18 April 1961 shall apply to diplomatic relations between them.

Article 3

The Parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions of Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 24 April 1963 shall apply to consular relations between them.

Article 4

This Agreement enters into force upon signature.

This Agreement is signed in duplicate in the English language.

Done at Ljubljana on the 10th of March 1992.
