The Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Slovenia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Spain have been nominated as the authorities responsible for the implementation of the present Agreement.
Done in Madrid on 11th June 2002, in two originals in Slovene, Spanish and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of any differences in interpretation the English text shall prevail.
