With respect to co-operation under the present Agreement, each Contracting Party, subject to its international obligations, national legislation and regulations especially regarding economic integration, customs union and economic issues and on the basis of reciprocity shall:
a)
take steps with its national authorities to facilitate the entry into and exit from its territory of appropriate personnel and necessary equipment of the other Contracting Party used in projects and programmes under the present Agreement;
b)
facilitate, in compliance with regulations in force, duty free entry and exit of necessary material and equipment provided pursuant to the present Agreement for use in joint activities.
