Uredba o ratifikaciji Protokola med Ministrstvom za delo, družino in socialne zadeve Republike Slovenije in Ministrstvom za delo in socialno solidarnost Romunije

1. The Contracting Parties agree on the following forms of co-operation:

exchange of experts in the fields for which the Contracting Parties are competent;

consultation and additional training of experts;

exchange of professional materials, particularly on implementation of programmes for labour and employment policies, legislative proposals and other materials related to the work of Contracting Parties as well as corresponding expert opinions.

2. The type and scope of concrete forms of co-operation shall be determined by mutual agreement on a case by case basis.
