J O I N T C O M M U N I Q U É <BR>ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA AND THE PRINCIPALITY OF ANDORRA
The Governments of the Republic of Slovenia and of the Principality of Andorra, convinced that the best way to strengthen peace and international security is through understanding, cooperation and friendly relations between nations, have decided to establish formal diplomatic relations, effective July 13th, 1995, in accordance with the Principles and Purposes of the United Nations Charter and the relevant provisions of the Vienna Convention that regulate Diplomatic Relations.
Both Governments express their confidence that this agreement will contribute to the strengthening of mutual cooperation in the areas of common interest for the benefit of both countries, which share the same objectives and goals of promoting peace, democracy and justice in their relations.

S K U P N O S P O R O Č I L O <BR>O VZPOSTAVITVI DIPLOMATSKIH ODNOSOV MED REPUBLIKO SLOVENIJO IN KNEŽEVINO ANDORO
Vladi Republike Slovenije in Kneževine Andore sta se v prepričanju, da je najboljši način za krepitev miru in mednarodne varnosti razumevanje, sodelovanje in prijateljski odnosi med narodi, odločili, da bosta s 13. julijem 1995 vzpostavili formalne diplomatske odnose v skladu z načeli in cilji Ustanovne listine Združenih narodov in ustreznimi določbami Dunajske konvencije, ki urejajo diplomatske odnose.
Vladi izražata prepričanje, da bo ta sporazum prispeval h krepitvi medsebojnega sodelovanja na področjih skupnega interesa v korist obeh narodov, ki ju družijo cilji utrjevanja miru, demokracije in pravičnosti v njunih odnosih.
