Sporazum se v izvirniku v slovenskem in angleškem jeziku glasi:*
S P O R A Z U M&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<BR>MED VLADO REPUBLIKE SLOVENIJE IN VLADO ČEŠKE REPUBLIKE O SODELOVANJU&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;V ZDRAVSTVU IN MEDICINI
Vlada Republike Slovenije in Vlada Češke republike (v nadaljevanju pogodbenici), sta v želji, da pospešita sodelovanje med državama v zdravstvu in medicini, sklenili tale sporazum:
Pogodbenici bosta na podlagi enakosti, vzajemnosti in medsebojne koristi spodbujali sodelovanje v zdravstvu in medicini. Posebna področja sodelovanja se določijo z medsebojnim dogovorom ali posebnim sporazumom ob upoštevanju interesov ene in druge pogodbenice.
Pogodbenici bosta olajševali zlasti:
– izmenjavo informacij na področjih zdravstvenega varstva, kot so organizacija zdravstvenega varstva, javno zdravstvo, zdravstveno zavarovanje, zdravstveno izobraževanje in promocija zdravja,
– izmenjavo specialistov zaradi študija in posvetovanj na podlagi načrtov sodelovanja iz 5. člena tega sporazuma,
– neposredne stike med zavodi in organizacijami v eni in drugi državi,
– druge medsebojne dogovorjene oblike sodelovanja na področju medicine in javnega zdravstva.
Pogodbenici si izmenjujeta informacije o kongresih in simpozijih z mednarodno udeležbo, ki bodo obravnavali zdravstvo in medicino in bodo potekali v eni ali drugi državi. Na željo ene od pogodbenic bo druga pogodbenica priskrbela ustrezna gradiva, ki bodo izdana v okviru takih dogodkov.
Ustrezni organi pogodbenic si bodo izmenjavali sezname medicinske literature in filme o zdravstvenem varstvu ter tudi vsa pisna, vizualna ali avdiovizualna informativna gradiva o proučevanju zdravstva.
Za uresničevanje tega sporazuma ministrstvi obeh držav, pristojni za zdravstvo, pripravita načrte sodelovanja, v katerih bodo med drugim določeni finančni pogoji, ki izhajajo iz posameznih dejavnosti in sodelovanja iz 1. do 4. člena tega sporazuma.
Vse izmenjave kot tudi druge oblike sodelovanja po tem sporazumu se opravijo v skladu z zakoni in predpisi obeh držav.
Ta sporazum mora biti odobren ali ratificiran v skladu z notranjimi pravnimi predpisi pogodbenic. Veljati začne z datumom zadnje note, s katero se druga pogodbenica obvesti o notranji odobritvi ali ratifikaciji.
Ta sporazum je sklenjen za nedoločen čas. Pogodbenici ga lahko kadarkoli pisno odpovesta po diplomatski poti in veljavnost tega sporazuma preneha šest mesecev od datuma note, s katero je bila druga pogodbenica obveščena o odpovedi.
Z dnevom uveljavitve tega sporazuma preneha v odnosih med Republiko Slovenijo in Češko republiko veljati Sporazum med Vlado Socialistične federativne republike Jugoslavije in Vlado Čehoslovaške socialistične republike o sodelovanju na področju zdravstvenega varstva, podpisan 5. oktobra 1963. leta.
Podpisano v Pragi, dne 10. maja 1996, v dveh izvirnikih v slovenskem, češkem in angleškem jeziku, pri čemer so vsa besedila enako verodostojna. V primeru razlik v razlagi je odločilno besedilo v angleškem jeziku.

A G R E E M E N T <BR>BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;ON COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF HEALTH AND MEDICAL SCIENCE

The Government of the Republic of Slovenia and the Government of the Czech Republic (thereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Parties”), with the intention to promote cooperation between their respective countries in the fields of health and medicine, have concluded the following agreement:

Article 1

The Contracting Parties, shall, on the basis of equality, reciprocity, and to the mutual benefit, encourage cooperation in the field of health and medicine. The specific areas of cooperation shall be marked out by mutual consent, taking into account respective interests of both Contracting Parties.

Article 2

The Contracting Parties shall facilitate in particular:
    – exchange of information in the field of health care, such as the organization of health care, public health, health insurance, health education and health promotion;
    – exchanges of specialists for the purposes of study and consultations on the basis of Plans of Cooperation settled in accordance with Article 5 of the present Agreement;
    – direct contacts between institutions and organizations in their respective countries;
    – other mutually agreed forms of cooperation in the field of medicine and public health.

Article 3

The Contracting Parties shall exchange information on congresses and symposiums with international participation dealing with health and medicine which will take place in their respective countries, Upon request of one of the Contracting Parties, the other Contracting Party shall supply appropriate materials issued within the framework of such events.

Article 4

The respective bodies of the Contracting Parties shall exchange lists of medical literature and films on health care and health promotion as well as any other written, visual or audio-visual information materials in the field of health study.

Article 5

To implement this Agreement the Ministries of Health of both States will prepare Plans of Cooperation, where among other things, the financial conditions resulting from the respective activities and cooperation mentioned in Articles No.1-4 of this Agreement will be specified.

Article 6

All exchanges as well as other forms of cooperation resulting from this Agreement shall be implemented in accordance with the laws and regulations of both countries.

Article 7

The present Agreement is subject to approval or ratification in accordance with the internal legal regulations of both Contracting Parties. It comes into force at the date of the last Note informing the other Contracting Party about the internal State approval or ratification.

Article 8

The present Agreement is concluded for an unlimited period of time. The Contracting Parties may terminate the respective Agreement at any time in written form though diplomatic channels and the validity of the agreement terminates six months from the date of the Note informing the other Contracting Party of such termination.

Article 9

On the date that this Agreement enters into force, the validity of the Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic on Cooperation in Health Care of 5th October 1963 will come to an end in relations between the Republic of Slovenia and the Czech Republic.
    Done in Prague on May 10, 1996, in two originals, in the Slovene, Czech and English languages, each of the texts being equally authentic. In case of divergence of interpretation, the English text shall prevail.
