Zakon o ratifikaciji Sporazuma med Vlado Republike Slovenije in Vlado Ruske federacije o sodelovanju in medsebojni pomoči pri carinskih zadevah (BRUPCZ)

The Contracting Parties through their Customs Authorities shall assist each other, in the manner and under the conditions laid down in this Agreement, in ensuring that customs legislation is correctly applied, in particular by the prevention, detection and investigation of contraventions of this legislation.

2. Assistance under this Agreement shall be rendered in accordance with the legislation of the State of the requested Contracting Party.

3. This Agreement is intended for the mutual administrative assistance in customs matters between the Contracting Parties.

4. No provisions of this Agreement shall be interpreted in a manner which would restrict mutual assistance practices that under other agreements are already in effect between the Contracting Parties.
