15. Uredba o ratifikaciji Sporazuma o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov med Republiko Slovenijo in Kanado

Na podlagi tretjega odstavka 63. člena Zakona o zunanjih zadevah (Uradni list RS, št. 1/91-I) izdaja Vlada Republike Slovenije

UREDBO
o ratifikaciji Sporazuma o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov med Republiko Slovenijo in Kanado

Ratificira se Sporazum o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov med Republiko Slovenijo in Kanado, sklenjen z izmenjavo not dne 6. in 7. januarja 1993.

Sporazum se v izvirniku v angleškem jeziku in slovenskem prevodu glasi:

RBR Note 0020:

The Department of External Affairs of Canada presents its compliments to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia and has the honour to refer to the letter from the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia to the Secretary of State for External Affairs, dated September 3, 1992, and the reply from the Secretary of State for External Affairs, dated December 29, 1992, regarding the establishment of diplomatic relations between Canada and the Republic of Slovenia.

The Department wishes to inform the Ministry of its intent to establish diplomatic relations without delay. A formal reply to the present Note by the Ministry will constitute agreement for the establishment of diplomatic relations.

For the present, communications will be routed through the Canadian Embassy in Vienna. The Government of Canada will be communicating with the Government of the Republic of Slovenia in the near future regarding accreditation.

The Department of External Affairs of Canada avails itself of the opportunity to extend, to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia the assurances of its highest consideration.

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia presents its compliments to the Department of External Affairs of Canada and has the honour to confirm the receipt of the Department's note No. RBR 0020 of January 6, 1993, which reads as follows:

»The Department of External Affairs of Canada presents its compliments to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia and has the honour to refer to the letter from the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia to the Secretary of State for External Affairs, dated September 3, 1992 and the reply from the Secretary of State for External Affairs, dated December 29, 1992, regarding the establishment of diplomatic relations between Canada and the Republic of Slovenia.

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia gladly accepts the proposed form of establishing diplomatic relations with Canada and agrees that the above cited Note and this Note in reply constitute the agreement on the establishment of diplomatic relations with the immediate effect.

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Department of External Affairs of Canada the assurances of its highest consideration.
