17. Uredba o ratifikaciji Sporazuma o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov med Republiko Slovenijo in Kraljevino Marokom
Na podlagi tretjega odstavka 63. člena Zakona o zunanjih zadevah (Uradni list RS, št. 1/91-I) izdaja Vlada Republike Slovenije
UREDBO
o ratifikaciji Sporazuma o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov med Republiko Slovenijo in Kraljevino Marokom
o ratifikaciji Sporazuma o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov med Republiko Slovenijo in Kraljevino Marokom
1. člen
Ratificira se Sporazum o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov med Republiko Slovenijo in Kraljevino Marokom, sklenjen z izmenjavo not dne 11. in 29. maja 1992.
2. člen
Sporazum se v izvirniku v angleškem jeziku ter slovenskem prevodu glasi:

Your Excellency,
I have the honour to inform your excellency that his Majesty's Governement recognizes the Republic of Slovenia as an independent State and wishes to establish diplomatic relations with your country, on the basis of the Vienna convention on Diplomatic Relations of April 18, 1961.
I would like to suggest that in case this proposal is accepted by your governement, the date of receiving of your reply note shall indicate the formal date of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Slovenia and the Kingdom of Morocco.

Reiterating on this occasion to your excellency my warmest congratulation, I express the hope of the kingdom of Morocco to develop a friendly and mutually beneficial cooperation with the Republic of Slovenia.

with great pleasure, and appreciation I have received your message on the recognition of the Republic of Slovenia by the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco.
I would like to avail myself of this opportunity to thank you for the proposal to establish diplomatic relations, which we gladly accept.
Allow me to express my conviction that the establishment of diplomatic relations will contribute significantly to further development of cooperation between the Republic of Slovenia and the Kingdom of Morocco in all the fields of mutual interest.

Vaša Ekscelenca,
Čast imam seznaniti Vašo Ekscelenco, da je vlada njegovega veličanstva priznala Republiko Slovenijo kot neodvisno državo in želi vzpostaviti diplomatske odnose z vašo državo na podlagi Dunajske konvencije o diplomatskih odnosih z dne 18. aprila 1961.
Predlagal bi, da v primeru, če je predlog sprejemljiv za vašo vlado, datum prejema vaše note – odgovora na to noto pomeni datum vzpostavitve diplomatskih odnosov med Republiko Slovenijo in Kraljevino Maroko.
