Na podlagi devetega odstavka 75. člena Zakona o zunanjih zadevah (Uradni list RS, št. 113/03 – uradno prečiščeno besedilo, 20/06 – ZNOMCMO, 76/08, 108/09, 80/10 – ZUTD in 31/15) izdaja Vlada Republike Slovenije

o potrditvi Aneksa k Programu o mednarodnem razvojnem sodelovanju med Vlado Republike Slovenije in Vlado Črne gore za obdobje 2016–2017
o potrditvi Aneksa k Programu o mednarodnem razvojnem sodelovanju med Vlado Republike Slovenije in Vlado Črne gore za obdobje 2016–2017
1. člen
Potrdi se Aneks k Programu o mednarodnem razvojnem sodelovanju med Vlado Republike Slovenije in Vlado Črne gore za obdobje 2016–2017, sklenjen v Podgorici 15. novembra 2017.
2. člen
Aneks se v izvirniku v angleškem jeziku in prevodu v slovenskem jeziku glasi:

TO THE PROGRAMME OF INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF MONTENEGRO FOR THE PERIOD 2016–2017
TO THE PROGRAMME OF INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF MONTENEGRO FOR THE PERIOD 2016–2017
The Republic of Slovenia and Montenegro (hereinafter "the Parties"),
Based on Article 2 paragraph 4 of the Programme of International Development Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Slovenia and the Government of Montenegro for the period 2016–2017, signed on 12 December 2016,
Have agreed on the following amendment to the Programme:
Article 1
In Article 2 paragraph 3 of the Programme, the following project from Article 2 paragraph 4 of the Programme is added under item 6:
"6 Remediation, reconstruction and building of the water supply network in Žabljak".
Article 2
The Parties agree that the implementation of the provisions of this Annex depends on the public finance situation in their respective countries.
Article 3
The Annex shall be provisionally applied from the date of its signature. The Annex shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following its signing, and shall remain in force until 31 December 2017.
Done in Podgorica on 15 November 2017 in two originals in the English language.
