Septembra 2022 nas je mnogo prekmalu in zelo iznenada zapustil dr. Konrad Plauštajner, ugledni odvetnik iz Ljubljane. Ni bil le odvetnik, temveč tudi mož, oče, predavatelj, publicist, arbiter, torej človek in velik strokovnjak. Ukvarjal se je predvsem s področji alternativnega reševanja sporov, investicijskimi spori, gradbenimi pogodbami in FIDIC, v vse pa je vnašal ogromno znanja in energije ter predanosti. Leta 2010 je prejel tudi priznanje Zveze društev pravnikov Slovenije za življenjsko delo, od leta 2008 do smrti pa je bil član uredniškega odbora revije Pravnik.

In September 2022, a prominent lawyer from Ljubljana Konrad Plauštajner, PhD left us far too soon and unexpectedly. He was not only a lawyer, but also a husband, father, lecturer, publicist, arbitrator, that is, a human being and a great expert. He was primarily involved in alternative dispute resolution, investment disputes, construction contracts and FIDIC and he brought a wealth of knowledge, energy and dedication to all of his endeavours. In 2010, he also received a lifetime achievement award from the Association of Iurists’ Societies of Slovenia, and from 2008 until his death, he was a member of the editorial board of Pravnik journal.
