Na podlagi devetega odstavka 75. člena Zakona o zunanjih zadevah (Uradni list RS, št. 113/03 – uradno prečiščeno besedilo, 20/06 – ZNOMCMO, 76/08, 108/09, 80/10 – ZUTD in 31/15) izdaja Vlada Republike Slovenije

o potrditvi Aneksa k Programu mednarodnega razvojnega sodelovanja med Vlado Republike Slovenije in Vlado Črne gore za obdobje 2013 do 2015
o potrditvi Aneksa k Programu mednarodnega razvojnega sodelovanja med Vlado Republike Slovenije in Vlado Črne gore za obdobje 2013 do 2015
1. člen
Potrdi se Aneks k Programu mednarodnega razvojnega sodelovanja med Vlado Republike Slovenije in Vlado Črne gore za obdobje 2013 do 2015, sklenjen v Ljubljani 26. oktobra 2015.
2. člen
Program se v izvirniku v angleškem jeziku in prevodu v slovenskem jeziku glasi:

TO THE PROGRAMME OF INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF MONTENEGRO FOR THE PERIOD 2013–2015
TO THE PROGRAMME OF INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF MONTENEGRO FOR THE PERIOD 2013–2015
The Government of the Republic of Slovenia and the Government of Montenegro (hereinafter: the Parties),
based on Article 10 of the Programme of International Development Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Slovenia and the Government of Montenegro for the period 2013–2015, done at Ljubljana on 9 October 2013 (hereinafter: the Programme),
have agreed on the following amendments to the Programme:
Article 1
(1) In Article 2, paragraph 3, item 2 of the Programme, the project:
“2. Renovation of public buildings with a view to increasing their energy performance and installation of a biomass heating system in the Mojkovac Municipality (the donation of the Republic of Slovenia shall amount to EUR 340,000).”
is replaced with the project:
“2. Construction of a waste sorting plant in Municipality of Žabljak.”;
(2) in Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Programme, the following project is added under item 5:
“5. Construction of a biological treatment plant for the Municipality of Šavnik”
(3) in Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Programme, the following project is added under item 6:
“6. Elaboration of the Action Plan for Energy Sector of Montenegro for the period 2015–2019.”.
Article 2
The Parties agree that the implementation of the provisions of this Annex depends on the public finance situation in their respective countries.
Article 3
This Annex shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following its signing, and shall remain in force until 31 December 2015.

have agreed on the following amendments to the Programme:
