O RATIFIKACIJI SPORAZUMA O SODELOVANJU MED MINISTRSTVOM ZA DELO, DRUŽINO IN SOCIALNE ZADEVE REPUBLIKE SLOVENIJE IN MINISTRSTVOM ZA DELO IN ZAPOSLOVANJE VELIKEGA VOJVODSTVA LUKSEMBURG

1. člen

Ratificira se Sporazum o sodelovanju med Ministrstvom za delo, družino in socialne zadeve Republike Slovenije in Ministrstvom za delo in zaposlovanje Velikega vojvodstva Luksemburg, podpisan v Ženevi 10. junija 2003.

2. člen

Sporazum se v izvirniku v angleškem jeziku in prevodu v slovenskem jeziku glasi:
A G R E E M E N T    
ON CO-OPERATION BETWEEN THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR,
FAMILY AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA
AND THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT OF THE
GRAND DUCHY OF LUXEMBURG

The Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia and the Ministry of Labour and Employment of the Grand Duchy of Luxemburg, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Parties,
    desirous to promote mutual co-operation in the spheres of work of both Contracting Parties, have agreed as follows:

Article 1

The competent authorities dealing with co-operation shall be:
    a) On the Slovene side: The Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia;
    b) On the Luxemburg side: The Ministry of Labour and Employment of the Grand Duchy of Luxemburg

Article 2

The co-operation could take the following forms, where appropriate and possible:
    1. Exchange of experts in the fields for which the two ministries are competent;
    2. Consultation and additional training of experts;
    3. Exchange of professional materials, particularly on implementation of programmes for labour and employment policies, legislative proposals and other materials related to the work of both ministries as well as corresponding expert opinions.
    The type and scope of concrete forms of co-operation shall be determined on a case by case basis, by mutual agreement.

Article 3

The Contracting Parties hereby determine the following priorities:
    1. Exchange of experiences related to measures, regulations and institutions in the field of labour and employment policies;
    2. Exchange of information on the system of industrial relations, collective agreements and legislative regulation of the functioning of the labour market;
    3. Exchange of experiences related to special programmes preventing long-term unemployment and providing support to groups with an unfavourable status on the labour market (first job seekers, the disabled);
    4. Exchange of experiences related to the methods used to determine the efficiency of active employment policy measures;
    5. Exchange of practical experiences related to the functioning of labour inspection, chiefly from the point of view of safety and health at work and prevention of moonlighting;
    6. Examination of the situation, possibilities and interest in the development of various forms of co-operation between the two countries in the field of employment.

Article 4

With respect to financing the implementation of this Agreement the Contracting Parties agree that the costs of travelling and accommodation of experts shall always be paid by the sending party and the host party shall organise a suitable expert programme.

Article 5

1. This Agreement shall be concluded for a period of four years. Upon the expiration of this period its validity shall be automatically prolonged each time for one year unless either Contracting Party denounces it in writing through diplomatic channels not later than 3 months prior to its expiration.
    2. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of receipt of the last of notes with which the Contracting Parties notify each other through diplomatic channels that all internal legal requirements for entry into force of this Agreement have been fulfilled.

O SODELOVANJU MED MINISTRSTVOM ZA DELO, DRUŽINO IN SOCIALNE ZADEVE REPUBLIKE SLOVENIJE IN MINISTRSTVOM ZA DELO IN ZAPOSLOVANJE VELIKEGA VOJVODSTVA LUKSEMBURG
Ministrstvo za delo, družino in socialne zadeve Republike Slovenije ter Ministrstvo za delo in zaposlovanje Velikega vojvodstva Luksemburg, v nadaljevanju pogodbenika,
sta se v želji po spodbujanju medsebojnega sodelovanja na področju dela pogodbenikov sporazumeli:

1. člen

Za sodelovanje sta pristojni:

a)

na slovenski strani: Ministrstvo za delo, družino in socialne zadeve Republike Slovenije;
