POVZETEK
Članek predstavlja projekt Simulacije trajnostnega mednarodnega poslovanja (SOS IB), ki ga je Visoka šola za računovodstvo in finance razvijala v sodelovanju s partnerskimi institucijami. Projekt je ustvaril digitalno platformo, ki omogoča virtualno mednarodno sodelovanje predavateljev in študentov pri učenju skozi simulacije. Študenti pridobivajo praktične izkušnje v različnih poslovnih vlogah ter krepijo digitalne in medkulturne kompetence. Razvoj digitalizacije je povečal pomen digitalne in inovativne pedagogike ter vlogo simulacij pri razvoju kompleksnih veščin študentov. Rezultati projekta kažejo na uspešno spodbujanje internacionalizacije, inovativne pedagogike ter dvig digitalnih kompetenc sodelujočih.
ABSTRACT / SUMMARY
The article presents the Simulation of Sustainable International Business (SOS IB) project, developed by the College of Accounting and Finance in collaboration with partner institutions. The project created a digital platform that enables virtual international collaboration between lecturers and students through learning simulations. Students gain practical experience in various business roles and strengthen their digital and intercultural competencies. The development of digitalization has increased the importance of digital and innovative pedagogy and the role of simulations in developing students' complex skills. Project results demonstrate successful promotion of internationalization, innovative teaching practices, and increased digital competencies of participants.
